Postpartum Massage

Postpartum Massage is a full body massage that is done the first 12 weeks after giving birth. This massage will use techniques that address a new mother's unique physiological needs, including hormonal fluctuations, healing tissues, and muscle strain from labor and baby care. Postpartum massage does include cesarean births. The therapist will also provide education on how to self treat going cesarean scar tissue as it does continue to change for the next 2-3 years.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a specialized therapeutic bodywork to address the physiological and emotional needs of a pregnant woman. This massage uses unique techniques, positioning, and pressure that are adapted for the expectant mother's safety and uses consideration to her comfort as her body changes during pregnancy. You can add the grounding mat to any service. This includes massage, light mask therapy, Life Path reading, Foot Soak, or Life Coaching. It has multipurpose benefits physically, and energetically. This can add to and have an emotional effect for some people. The best result of the grounding mat is it assists in pain relief due to inflammation which has been tested and shown positive results in all services relieving reported known symptoms.
