Postpartum Massage

Postpartum Massage is a full body massage that is done the first 12 weeks after giving birth. This massage will use techniques that address a new mother's unique physiological needs, including hormonal fluctuations, healing tissues, and muscle strain from labor and baby care. Postpartum massage does include cesarean births. The therapist will also provide education on how to self treat going cesarean scar tissue as it does continue to change for the next 2-3 years.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a specialized therapeutic bodywork to address the physiological and emotional needs of a pregnant woman. This massage uses unique techniques, positioning, and pressure that are adapted for the expectant mother's safety and uses consideration to her comfort as her body changes during pregnancy. Please be sure you have consulted with your primary, OB, or Midwife prior to booking the massage.

Honestly the best massage I have ever gotten. I’ve had chronic shoulder pain for 3 years now and she was able to help relieve it tremendously after just one 60 minute massage. She has so much knowledge about fascia release and how different body parts connect to each other when it comes to pain pathways. I am so impressed and will be booking another massage asap.
